When should I start having the products?
When should I start having the products?
We recommend the following:
34-36 weeks: 1-2 biscuits or servings of granola per day.
36-39 weeks: 2-3 biscuits or servings of granola per day.
39 weeks until birth: 2 biscuits in one sitting, twice a day.
During the first month of breastfeeding, your body is working hard to establish milk supply based on your baby's needs. Feed every 2-4 hours (or as advised by your healthcare provider), and enjoy our lactation cookies and hydration powder to help fuel your body and support your milk supply (and energy levels).
For an extra boost, eat 2-3 biscuits 2-3 hours before the feed when you feel your supply is lower. Many mums find their supply drops in the afternoon, so enjoying some lactation cookies or granola after lunch can help support the next feed.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
I have low breast milk supply, help!
I have low breast milk supply, help!
Low supply? Breast milk production is based on supply and demand. The more frequently you nurse or pump, the more milk your body will produce. If you're concerned about your supply, consult a lactation consultant or midwife. This is the best place to start for a personalised approach as there a range of issues that can impact supply.
Here are some tips from the Australian Breastfeeding Association:
1. Breastfeed frequently and on demand: Feed your baby whenever they show hunger signs to stimulate milk production.
2. Ensure a good latch: A proper latch ensures effective milk transfer, which helps increase supply.
3. Express milk regularly: Pumping or hand expressing after feeds can further stimulate production.
4. Offer both breasts: Switch sides during each feed to maintain stimulation and milk flow.
5. Take care of yourself: Prioritize rest, eat a healthy diet, stay hydrated, and manage stress, as these factors can affect your supply.
6. Seek support: Reach out to a lactation consultant or a breastfeeding support group for tailored advice.
It’s also important to understand that only a small percentage of women have a true low supply. Chatting with a healthcare provider will be the best way to determine if this is the case for you.
Along with these tips, we recommend consuming 2 biscuits (or granola) every 3-4 hours during the day, around feeding times. Mums often report a boost in supply after eating 2-3 biscuits 3 hours prior to a feed or pumping session.
